Ms. Mary Meays
June 7, 1995 (9347-0020)
The ground water samples will be collected using pre-cleaned bailers lowered through the
push rod assembly into the top of the saturated zone. The top of the saturated zone is expected
to be approximately 50 feet below surface. Ground water and selected soil samples will be
analyzed by Sequoia Analytical, of Sacramento for TPH, as gasoline, and benzene, toluene,
ethylbenzene, and total xylenes. The results of the investigation will be reported to the
SJCPHS/EHD and will be used to determine the next appropriate scope of work.
COMMENTS/SIGNATURES
The information contained within this addendum reflects our professional opinions, and
was developed in accordance with currently available information and accepted hydrogeologic
and engineering practices at this time and for this site.
