Inventory reconciliation for the tanks located at the site indicated a <br /> loss of product from the regular unleaded tank. On February 28, 1990 <br /> the tank was emptied and removed from. service. An unauthorized release <br /> form has been filed for the site. Ho prior leaks or spills at the site <br /> are known to have occurred. <br /> I <br /> 2.6 Utilities <br /> Prior to beginning any field work, Underground Service Alert (USA) I <br /> will be contacted and all underground utilities marked. Additionally, <br /> r., to prevent drilling through subsurface utilities, the first five feet <br /> of all borings will be advanced by hand auguring techniques. <br /> 6.1 On-Site Underground Utilities <br /> Underground utilities that service the Site include water, electric <br /> sanitary and storm sewer.
