Monitoring at this site is being conducted on a <br /> quarterly basis <br /> GROUND-WATER LEVEL SURVEY <br /> On July 8, 1992, static water levels and floating hydrocarbon thickness were <br /> measured in all site wells before purging and sampling. Water levels were <br /> measured to 0.01 foot from the top of the well casing using an oil/water interface <br /> probe. Water-level and floating hydrocarbon thickness measurements ground- <br /> water elevations and monitoring well field data are presented in Table 1. Also <br /> presented in Table 1 are water-level and floating hydrocarbon thickness <br /> measurements and ground-water elevations from four previous monitoring <br /> events. <br /> SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground-water samples were collected on July 8, 1992 from monitoring wells <br /> MW-1 and MW-2. Well MW-3 contained floating hydrocarbons and was <br /> thormfvre not samplvd for diVVolred M-tituents. A ."lite map, including the <br /> monitoring well locations, is attached, as provided by Aegis Environmental Inc. <br /> Ground-water monitoring wells were purged before sampling using a polyvinyl <br /> chloride bailer, a low-flow submersible pump, or a Teflon® bailer.
