enviros. <br /> This work will be performed concurrently with the ground water investigation work <br /> proposed in the work plan <br /> Status of Right of Entry Agreements <br /> Right of entry (ROE) agreements were requested for two properties, located to the south <br /> and to the west of the Shell site SJCPHS has been copied on correspondence pertaining to <br /> these ROE requests <br /> The property to the south is owned by Mr Ron Slate A request for ROE was submitted <br /> on June 20, 1996, with a revised map sent on June 24, 1996 Mr Slate has stated during a <br /> telephone conversation with Enviros that he has previously discussed the necessity for <br /> investigation on his property with representatives of SJCPHS He stated that Ms Diane <br /> Hinson agreed that a boring/well did not need to be placed on his property, but could be <br /> placed in the planter area along the City of Stockton right-of-way Plate 2 shows this <br /> revised location If this location is indeed acceptable to SJCPHS, we will proceed with <br /> acquisition of necessary encroachment permits <br /> County assessor's records indicated that the property to the west of the Shell site is owned <br /> by "Mas and Gail Sakata et al" of Lodi, California A ROE request was submitted to them <br /> on June 20, 1996, with a revised map submitted on June 24, 1996 We were subsequently <br /> informed that ownership of the property had been transferred to the Bank of Lodi The <br /> ROE request was forward to them on July 1, 1996 However, the Bank of Lodi informed <br /> us that they had sold the property to Bonifacio and Nolita Luna of Fresno, California We <br /> proceeded to forward the ROE request to them on July 9, 1996 To date, no response has <br />• been received from the Lunas We would appreciate any assistance SJCPHS can provide <br /> in persuading the property owners to grant Shell's ROE request <br /> Summary <br /> We are ready to proceed with this site assessment upon SJCPHS approval of this <br /> addendum and receipt of ROE and encroachment permits, and would be happy to meet with <br /> you to discuss any outstanding issues. <br /> Please call with any questions you may have or to discuss any of the issues discussed in <br /> this addendum <br /> —�62 <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Enver s, IncAle <br /> Q�pF ESS�py <br /> T7iqn T iinriniiict F a o`er per+ �7� RO�10 L sk�yl�Ir�Y7�cX <br /> Senior Engineer NO C46725 <br /> C46725 sl C►vl� a�� yij,i, <br /> ATE OF Ck-\F , <br /> c <br /> 3 <br />
