Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> PROPOSED GASOLINE DISPENSER REMOVAL <br /> TEXACO FOODMART CONVERSION <br /> 440 WEST CHARTER WAY AT LINCOLN <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> JOB #2404 <br /> Dear Mr. Moe: <br /> r <br /> Per our meeting of September 24 , 1987, I am enclosing (3) Site <br /> Plans for approval of the above, proposed project along with a <br /> check for $30. 00 for the Tank Permit Fee. <br /> The project we are proposing calls for the removal of the <br /> existing 71x14 ' cashier kiosk and replacing it with a 121x44 ' <br /> foodmart. As a result, we will be removing two of the six <br /> existing multi-product gasoline dispensers. <br /> The work involving the petroleum equipment would include <br /> removing the dispensers and flushing and removing all of their <br /> associated product and vent piping per your Department' s <br /> requirements. Following this, Groundwater Technology will take <br /> the required soil contamination tests and will file these <br /> results with your office. This work is indicated on the <br /> enclosed Site Plans and you should refer to your files for the <br /> exact configuration of existing equipment at the project site. <br /> Please transmit the above proposal to the Air Quality Division, <br /> as necessary, and contact me if you have any questions or need <br /> more information.
