Therefore our agency assigned two different site <br /> codes and compiled two underground tank files for this site. <br /> Union Ice assumed responsibility for removal investigation and <br /> remedial action for all four tanks which are located in the same <br /> area at the site. The site was placed in the UST Pilot Program <br /> in October 1989, using site code 1283 . All site specific billing <br /> should be listed under this site code.
