As we discussed, I had already obtained permission to resample the <br /> wells since I considered .the results to be a sampling or laboratory problem. <br /> I <br /> The enclosed results are the resamples, which now show no contamination. <br /> GeoAnalytical Laboratories called us two weeks ago and told us that they have been ex- <br /> periencing contamination problems with their sample bottles. I do not know for sure, <br /> but I suspect the original samples may have been a sample bottle problem. GeoAna- <br /> lytical Labs also agreed to send a letter to your department notifying your offices of <br /> their problem. <br /> Again, I apologize for not being more prompt,in forwarding the new results to <br /> you. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Steven,J.
