Require monthly ground water elevation measurements, quarterly ground <br /> water sampling and analysis, and quarterly! subm;',ittal of monitoring <br /> reports; and ,, 9 <br /> 4. Approve borings as proposed but request additional borings east of MW-4S <br /> and MW-4D. <br /> Once additional information is- available, it may' be more apparent if a <br /> recommendation for abandonment of MW-4S and MW-4D sho'uld be made.
