The plan is a proposal for the excavation Of sorb which was contaminated due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were <br /> located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination that the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work <br /> will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be <br /> gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the PHS/EHD, 445 N.
