The utilities will be located and marked <br /> on the ground surface by Underground Service Alert. The actual <br /> - location of the tanks will be marked on the ground surface through <br /> the specialized services of Spectrum Environmental Services. <br /> Worker safety in the vicinity of heavy equipment, such <br /> will <br /> such as the <br /> backhoe, will be stressed on the job site.
