Hernandez, et al. <br /> APN: 226-LIO-28 <br /> Dear Mr.,Crosby: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the application named above and requests <br /> that the following conditions of approval be adopted for this development: <br /> 1. Based upon review of the site plan, it appears that there is two irrigation pipelines located <br /> within the boundary of the proposed project. Typically,the District requires that the <br /> existing pipeline be replaced with a new reinforced concrete pipeline as a condition of <br /> approval. As svch, we are requesting that improvement plans be submitted to the <br /> District which provides specific details for proposed drainage and other such <br /> improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. This plan must be <br /> reviewed and approved by the District Engineering Department to determine the necessity <br /> to make improvements to District facilities in accordance with District policy. No <br /> building shall be allowed within District easement. <br /> 2. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within <br /> any District easement. <br /> 3.
