g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][11) <br /> h. EXISITING SPRAY BOOTH: The spray booth shall be abandoned and shall not be used for future <br /> use in conjunction with the approved auto sales dealership. <br /> i. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be of 1-hr. fire-resistive construction. <br /> Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and protected less than 10 feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van parking space. <br /> 2.
