I have revised and <br /> updated the report per your comments in the referenced letter of March 31, 2005. I have <br /> enclosed a copy of an addendum to the Surface Subsurface Contamination Report for the <br /> property located at 10122 West Lane in Stockton, California for your review. <br /> Specific responses to the comments from the County Environmental Health Departments <br /> are: <br /> Section 1.0 An updated discussion of the proposed usage of the site has been <br /> added to the Phase I report addendum paragraph 3.0. <br /> Section 2.0 Site background and current use was updated in Paragraph 2.0 of the <br /> addendum. The fact that the property has been in the same agricultural production <br /> for over 90 years was added in the addendum. (Note: the ASTM standard only <br /> requires searching records back 50 years.) <br /> Section 3.0 updated the current usages. Chemical applications and DBCP/Nitrates <br /> concerns were addressed in Paragraph 6.0 of the addendum. DBCP/Nitrates are <br /> an area wide concern that is being addressed by the regulatory agencies. No <br /> surface impacts were noted in the data reviewed. No past off-site contamination <br /> was reported in the data search or records reviewed. <br /> Section 3.5 No past on-site contamination was reported in the data search or <br /> records reviewed. Past agricultural practices were reviewed with the San Joaquin <br /> County Agricultural Department. No persistent chemical use was noted. <br /> Section 4.0 Paragraph 6.0 was updated to the check list requirements. No <br /> identified or potential contamination sources were noted. <br />
