There is no <br /> indication of any hazardous materials having been drained or spilled. <br /> 6.0 FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> Reviewing all pertinent data for the site,I conclude that current and past usage of the site does <br /> not pose any environmental hazard. No further environmental studies are considered <br /> necessary. Reviewing with the San Joaquin County Agricultural Department (Steve <br /> Denardy),the chemicals that potentially were used on the site did not indicate any persistent <br /> chemicals that would pose a concern. The records of pesticide and chemical usage are <br /> maintained by applicator and not by specific parcel or address. The ongoing area wide study <br /> and concerns regarding levels of DBCP and Nitrates are being addressed by various <br /> regulatory agencies. Development of public water and sewer will further mitigate impacts <br /> on future subdivision development. <br /> Based on the review of records and physical site survey the following findings are for the <br /> client's consideration and action: <br /> 0 Any development and construction on the site will require permits or approval <br /> from the appropriate regulatory agencies. <br /> • Evaluation of the site and records does not indicate any environmental <br /> concerns which have not already been addressed by various regulatory <br /> agencies.
