The frontage improvements for West Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of the West Lane Specific Plan as requested by the City of Stockton. <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $176.84 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record.
