WEST LANE (APN 117-020-02) (SA-01-63) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The property owner shall dedicate sufficient right-of-way adjacent the site along the east line <br /> of West Lane, and shall install full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb, <br /> gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lighting, as needed to <br /> comply with the West Lane Specific Plan. Said dedication and frontage improvement <br /> installation should be completed prior to building permit final. <br /> 2. Only one access to the site shall be allowed. Said access shall be a type 38 driveway, not <br /> to exceed 30' in width. Further, the proposed security gate shall be installed a minimum of <br /> 80' back from the West Lane right-of-way. Said gate shall be opened one-hour before all <br /> regular business hours, and shall remain open until one-hour after all regular business <br /> hours. <br /> 3. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
