SA-01-63 OF STOCKTON DLA <br /> VU BOUTIQUE (C/O STOCKTON VALLEY PROPERTIES, LLC) <br /> The applicant is requesting the approval of a Site Approval application to convert 3000 <br /> square-feet of an existing building to retail sales of various boutique items. The site <br /> currently contains a 19,256 square-foot vacant building. The last use of the building was <br /> a retail landscape materials supply facility. (Use Type: Retail Sales— Primary) <br /> The project site is located on the east side of West Lane, 1,100-feet north of Bourbon <br /> Street, Stockton. <br /> According to Development Title Section 9-115.315, the proposed retail business will be <br /> restricted to receiving 25% or less of its gross revenue from, or devote 25% or less of <br /> the stock on hand to, or devote 25% or less of the gross floor area to adult <br /> entertainment. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The <br /> effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and <br /> remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
