Austin <br /> Road, Manteca). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Curt Fujii, Mike Caprio, Butch Stefani, and Kevin Basso, <br /> Forward Inc.; Sangeeta Lewis, Lewis Engineering,and Mike Hakeem,were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that he wanted to make sure that the project description is correct,and that <br /> he would like to talk about the mitigation measures, and to discuss how to implement the project <br /> once the Planning Commission approves it. <br /> Mr.Martin asked if there were any issues on the project description,the Committee indicated that <br /> there was not. <br /> Mr. Hakeem wanted to make sure that staff is still tracking the findings and that they will be in <br /> the staff report. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed item f. (Mitigation Monitoring Program),and item G. (Mitigation Measures) <br /> "of the Development Committee memo. Mr. Martin indicated that he would like to avoid <br /> changing the mitigation measures. Mr. Martin, Mr. Hakeem and the Committee discussed the <br /> Mitigation Monitoring Program,Mitigation Measures,and the conditions of approval. <br />
