The eastern boundary of the VFW property is the western <br /> boundary of Ms. Spyksma-Pilchard's property. <br /> The Conditions of Approval for the VFW use of its property require Screening, in <br /> Section i. Subparagraph i.(2)requires a solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height <br /> along the adjoining property line. Ms. Spyksma-Pilchard had previously agreed that the <br /> VFW could postpone the construction of the wall along her boundary while the parties <br /> were discussing settlement of issues related to use of a roadway along the northern <br /> boundary of the VFW property. Ms. Spyksma-Pilchard hereby requests that the <br /> condition of approval be enforced as to the solid masonry wall along her property line, <br /> and that the VFW erect said wall without delay, and before the scheduled Board of <br /> Supervisors meeting on July 13, 2004. As the use of the roadway on the northern . <br /> boundary is still the subject of litigation, no action should be taken at this time regarding <br /> the wall along that property line. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> k<41-4j<�4 <br /> H.
