Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Connection to a public sewer system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> NOTE: The existing septic system (Permit#4274, installed August 12, 1953) is completely under <br /> concrete in violation of San Joaquin County Development Title Standards, Section 9- <br /> 1110.5(a). The Environmental Health Department cannot support the proposed <br /> continuing use without meeting San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> B. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $178.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> D.
