West Lane, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to Improvement Plan approval or issuance of building permits, applicant shall submit a <br /> revised site plan recognizing the three existing monitoring wells on this parcel that need to be <br /> protected and accessible. Further investigation at the site may be required so that <br /> development cannot interfere with the investigation (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.6 and the California Health and Safety Code, Section 25299.3). <br /> B. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2): <br /> • A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to issuance of <br /> building permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> 0 <br /> 5-13-o3 <br />
