FOOD EXPIRED. CHIPS THREE MONTHS PAST EXPIRATION DATE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the store manager in regards to having any knowledge in reference to the complaint. The manager <br /> stated no, but insisted I conducted my inspection to prove that the complaint cannot be verified.As I inspected, I spoke with <br /> the freight manager and asked how the product is maintained in terms of expiration date,she stated that everything older is <br /> pushed forward and if they find it close to the expiration date,on the date or after then it is discarded.Observed no food <br /> products that are currently expired on site.All food products are kept off of the ground on pallets or plastic crates. Spoke with <br /> manager in regards to food products that have fallen but still sealed, manager stated the product is checked see if it has been <br /> altered or punctured in any way. If the food product is not expired, or close to the date, it is placed back on the shelf to be <br /> sold.
