SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1112/2019 to <br /> 1112/2019 for COXUGL1JN located at <br /> 1617 W FREMONT ST <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 11/12/2019 Received complaint information from front counter. Called Arco facility at 1617 W PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 36 min Fremont St in Stockton (209)462-1617, spoke to Melina Kapule, Cashier, who SC 007 <br /> stated a gasoline spill, the size of a baseball or 1/2 ounce, was released onto the <br /> ground at pump 7 due to a vehicle drive-off. Melina verified no drains or waterways <br /> were impacted. Melina stated absorbent was used to clean-up the spill, and was <br /> placed into the facility's onsite hazardous waste drum. Called Christian of BP West <br /> Coast Products (949-614-6348), who also stated the above information regarding <br /> the spill. <br /> Generated a complaint number, per Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, since a Cal OES <br /> report was not received.
