July 1,2002
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-164
VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS
A number of agricultural chemicals have been applied to the subject property. The chemicals of
concern are methyl bromide, paraquat dichloride, glyphosate, chloropyrifos and propargite. It is
NOA's opinion that each of these chemicals could pose threats as potential recognized environmental
conditions if they were not applied according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
There were three transformers observed on the property, they service residences on the subject
property and across E. West Ripon Road from the subject property. The transformers are owned by
PG&E which has a policy in place that states their company would remediate any and all releases of
oils that could contain PCBs from their equipment.
XI. RECOMMENDATIONS
Further investigation is neither recommended nor warranted at this time.
15
