c. The design strength and diameter of the proposed private pipelines and structures shall <br /> be adequate to handle standard delivery heads or flows for that area. <br /> 3. The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist <br /> on subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements shall <br /> be shown and identified on the survey map prior to its recording. <br /> 4. If homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a permanent berm or ditch <br /> will need to be constructed around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental flooding <br /> from irrigation water. Property owner shall either verify field elevations or submit <br /> a written statement to District indicating that property in question is not subject to <br /> flooding from adjacent irrigated property or pipelines. Likewise,owner shall provide <br /> the District will a written statement or explanation if any of the above stated <br /> conditions do not pertain to the situation involving the proposed parcel map. <br /> 5.
