Cherokee, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> NOTES <br /> The facility generated no hazardous waste in 2011. Facility begun business in September 2011, and <br /> generated 385 pounds of hazardous waste to date. <br /> Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br /> alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br /> method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes must be managed <br /> within 1 year of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least 3 years. <br /> A copy of Auto Repair Management Practice factsheet, CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste <br /> labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste <br /> Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> The following discrepancy were corrected on site: <br /> - Missing hazardous property on hazardous waste label of used oil container (see 605 & 701 above) <br /> - Used oil and anti-freeze containers not closed except when adding and removing content (see #404 <br /> in check list above) <br /> - No Emergency Coordinator and Contingency Plan posted (see #703 in check list above) <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: 05/01/2012. <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for <br /> your records). <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
