We stated drilling <br />and got down to 200' and have come across some issues. We are now needing to abandon this borehole (there is no <br />casing in the hole). I called your office as well and spoke with Michael. He advised me that I needed to submit a Well <br />Destruction Permit so that way the Well/Pump Application that we have will riot be disturbed. He also advised that we <br />are to backfill with cement from bottom to top. So, I have attached the Destruction permit application here. I still need <br />to pay the fee and I am unsure as to how much the fee is. If you would let me know and then I will call your office with a <br />credit card to make payment.
