(AEI).
Our department did not get a copy of the letter sent by AEI to the recipients in the area.
did review the file for this site and there is record of the telephone conversation on 12 July 2012
between Nuel Henderson, PG of the EHD, and Tammie Trigo at 209.914.7351. Ms.Trigo lives on
Sixth Street north of the railroad track-and shewondered:if the Moore:Petroleum unauthorized j
release might be affecting her tank pressure or if contamination might be in her well and she
wondered if her well could be tested. Nuel referred-her to analytical laboratories to get information
about testing her well but told Ms. Trigo that our agency would not pay for the testing of her well.
Nuel told her that the tank pressure issue was unlikely to be-related to the unauthorized release and
the site data and model indicated the plume of impacted groundwater probably had not reached her
property. Ms. Trigo seemed satisfied with the information presented by Nuel and offered no
objection to the site being closed.
I
10/5/2012
i
