(AEI). Our <br /> department did not get a copy of the letter sent by AEI to the recipients in the area. <br /> I did review the file for this site and there is record of the telephone conversation on 12 July 2012 between <br /> Nuel Henderson, PG of the EHD, and Tammie Trigo at 209.914.7351. Ms. Trigo lives on Sixth Street north <br /> of the railroad track and she wondered if the Moore Petroleum unauthorized release might be affecting her <br /> tank pressure or if contamination might be in her well and she wondered if her well could be tested. Nuel <br /> referred her to analytical laboratories to get information about testing her well but told Ms. Trigo that our <br /> agency would not pay for the testing of her well. Nuel told her that the tank pressure issue was unlikely to <br /> be related to the unauthorized release and the site data and model indicated the plume of impacted <br /> groundwater probably had not reached her property. Ms. Trigo seemed satisfied with the information <br /> presented by Nuel and offered no objection to the site being closed. <br /> I will send you a copy of the two letters our department received if you will complete and return the File <br /> Review Form appended in this email.
