Concurrently with the 30-day notification to the CVRWQCB, the
EHD will conduct a 30-day public participation period, during which the EHD will receive
comments from inter sted parties regarding the impending closure of your site. Please provide
to the EHD:
• A one-page summary of the distribution and status of the unauthorized release (UAR)
from your former UST system, and
• A list of owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property and their contact
addresses; and
• An updated Record Fee Title Owners (RTO) list and certification that each has been
.notified of the pending case closure.
During the public; participation period, please prepare and submit a work plan for proper
destruction of all monitoring, observation and remediation wells installed or utilized for corrective
action related to your UAR; all such wells must be properly destroyed, or have reassigned use
or owners, befor I a closure letter will be issued.
