The site is located in a rural residential area with private residences located adjacent to the ' <br /> property. <br /> f ! 2.2 Site Topog pphyand Surface Water Features f <br /> e <br /> Ground surface elevation varies less than one foot across the site. The regional ground surface slopes <br /> f down to the northeast toward Tom Paine Slough, located about 1.5 miles north of the site (Figure I). <br /> i <br /> 2.3 Site Aistoty <br /> f, <br /> The following information was provided by Jerry Moore (personal communication). Jerry and Diane <br /> Moore purchased the property from Ms.Elsie Ceciliana in 1975. The site is currently leased to Moore <br /> Petroleum Inc. and is operated as a bulk storage facility. There are nine underground tanks (USTs) at <br /> t the site(Figure 2). Tank information is presented in Table 3. A precision tank test has been performed <br /> on all tanks and product lines. Results from the tanks tests indicate the tanks and lines were tight. <br /> I <br /> I <br />
