System installation <br /> would begin as soon as the Authority to Construct permit is issued by the AQMD. It is <br /> anticipated that the proposed remediation system may be installed within 3 months after SJCEH <br /> plan approval- <br /> 6.2 Schedule for Periodic Reporting <br /> Site remediation and groundwater monitoring results will be reported on a quarterly basis <br /> following quarterly groundwater monitoring. Quarterly monitoring and remediation status reports <br /> will be prepared within four weeks of receipt of analytical reports. Quarterly monitoring and <br /> remediation status reports will contain the results of groundwater monitoring and the results of <br /> remediation system operation. Remediation results will include total estimated petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons removed, analytical results from remediation system monitoring, and a summary of <br /> system operating data. <br /> 6.3 Air Monitoring <br /> Soil vapor extraction system monitoring will be conducted on a monthly basis and will consist of <br /> soil-vapor-flow data and soil gas concentration measurements with a flame ionization detector <br /> (FID). In addition to FID measurements, soil vapor and effluent gas samples will be collected for <br /> laboratory analysis according to San Joaquin Unified Air Quality Management District <br /> (SJUAQMD)permit conditions. Additional results will be reported as required, depending on <br /> SJUAQMD Permit to Operate conditions. <br /> 7.0 QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> 7.0 Groundwater Monitoring <br /> On April 19, 1994,Apex personnel collected groundwater samples from monitoring wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-6. All samples were collected according to the Apex Standard Operating Procedure <br /> SOP included in Enclosure B. The samples were submitted, under chain-of-custody,to Sparger <br /> Technology of Sacramento, California, a state-certified analytical laboratory for analysis of <br /> BTEX, TPHg, and TPH as diesel(TPHd). Analytical results obtained since January 1992 are <br /> summarized in Table 2. Current analytical reports are also contained in Enclosure B. <br /> ERA02.004CAP <br />
