I <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> i <br /> Based on two consecutive quarters of below laboratory detection limits for the five oxygenates, <br /> Apex recommends not analyzing for the five oxygenates in the future. Apex submitted a <br /> workplan for excavation of petroleum-impacted soil and removal of petroleum-impacted <br /> groundwater dated September 10, 1997. SJCEH responded to our workplan with a letter dated ! <br /> October 29, 1997. Apex is currently in process of seeking pre-approval from the State Water <br /> Board UST Clean-Up Fund (The Fund).
