The waste manifest for the water disposal is included as Appendix E. GROUNDWATER MONITORING Groundwater Levels On April 5, 2001, Apex personnel collected water-level measurements from eleven of twelve existing groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4A, MW-5, MW-7 through MW-12), VEW-2, and RW-2. All groundwater elevations were measured to the nearest 0.01 foot, referenced to the surveyed top-of-casing elevations, and conducted according to the Apex standard operating procedures (SOP) included as Appendix B. Groundwater level measurements collected by Apex are summarized in Table 2. Figure 3 is a groundwater contour map of the shallow water-bearing zone on April 5, 2001. Groundwater Sampling and Analysis Apex personnel collected groundwater samples from eleven of twelve existing wells, VEW-2, �-� RW-2, and the off-site domestic well according to the Apex SOP included in Appendix B. The samples were submitted, under chain-of-custody,to CLS Labs of Rancho Cordova, California.
