(Apex), has been authorized by Moore Petroleum (Moore) to provide this report documenting the results of groundwater monitoring and remediation status for the first quarter.of 2004 (Figure 1). Groundwater monitoring and sample collection was performed on February 5, 2004. In addition, the domestic well at 5451. F Street was sampled monthly during . the quarter and the results of those events are included in this report. BACKGROUND Apex began work on this project with the groundwater monitoring conducted on January 14, 1994. Prior to Apex, work conducted at the site included subsurface investigations and groundwater.monitoring by Earth Treatment Systems, Inc., of Manteca, California; Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc., of Rancho Cordova,,California; Nations Groundwater : As of Sacramento, California; and`Aegis Environmental, Inc. (Aegis), of Roseville, California. Site details may be found in the report,titled, Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, dated April 18, 1991, submitted to Moore by Aegis.
