Inc. ::: :� � -, ;:::�: <br /> SAN so'�r, a G:r NT1C <br /> 25 March 2005 ���N;��£p��jM�N� <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 04-1232 <br /> Mr. Michael Infurna <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Limited Site Assessment Report (Septic Tank Area) <br /> SIERRA MOTEL <br /> 3416 Farmington Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> At the request of Mr.Nick Patel,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared this Limited <br /> Site Assessment Report for the septic tank area located at 3416 Farmington Road, Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> The scope of work included disposal of septic tank contents,soil sample collection,sample analysis <br /> and preparation of this report. Site background information and details of the scope of work were <br /> included in the AGE-prepared Limited Site Assessment Work flan (Septic Tank Area), dated 02 <br /> February 2005 and approved by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) <br /> by letter dated 03 March 2005. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the area <br /> investigated is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> SEPTIC WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> The septic tank contents were treated with 6 gallons of 6%chlorine bleach(a ratio of approximately <br /> 1 gallon bleach per 250 gallons of septic waste)to kill coliform bacteria. Once treated,the contents <br /> of the septic tank were removed and placed in an on-site holding tank. On 11 November 2004,the <br /> treated contents of the septic tank were pumped from the holding tank into a Clean Harbors <br /> Environmental Services,Inc.transfer truck and transported to the Clean Harbors facility in San Jose, <br /> California.A total of 1,400 gallons was transported and disposed of under hazardous waste manifest <br /> 23639956.
