Perform a suitability study for septic: tank usage . In <br /> order for the County to determine the suitability of an <br /> area proposed for septic tank usage, the applicant <br /> shall provide information concerning all of the <br /> following : <br /> a . The intensity and extent of the existing and the <br /> proposed development on septic tanks within and <br /> around the area; <br /> b. The suitability of the soil for development <br /> utilizing septic systems ; <br /> C. The depth and gradient of the water table; <br /> d. The history of past uses in the project area to <br /> assess potential problems ; <br /> e. Other information as required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division to determine the cumulative effect <br /> of the existing and the proposed development on <br /> ground water contamination . <br /> 2 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of Sari Joaquin Ordinance No . 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot and <br /> mi-nimum sewage disposal area as determined by this test <br /> is to be set aside for each lot for Environmental <br /> Health Division approval . A permit for the percolation <br /> tests from the Environmental Health Division is <br /> required . <br /> 3 . Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division snowing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
