MS-90-77 OF <br /> ARAMBEL & ROSE DEVELOPMENT (c/o THOMPSON-HYSELL <br /> ENGINEERS) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed this application, and it appears <br /> that one of the parcels (APN 187-250-01) included within the <br /> boundaries of the proposed subdivision is not owned by the <br /> developer, but is instead owned by Chester Rolland Murphy. Mr. <br /> Murphy has submitted a map and a copy of his property deed to <br /> substantiate this. Because of this, it will be necessary to revise <br /> the tentative map. The revised map should be submitted to this <br /> office no later than noon on April 13 , 1990, to stay on schedule <br /> for the May 3 , 1990 Planning Commission Hearing. <br /> The Planning Division will be recommending that the revised <br /> tentative map be approved subject to the following Ordinance <br /> Requirements: <br /> 1. All Conditions, unless otherwise noted, shall be met prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 2 . A Parcel Map, as specified in the Subdivision Map -Act and <br /> Chapter 6, in conformance with the approved or conditionally <br /> approved Tentative Map, shall be filed with the County <br /> Surveyor prior to the expiration date of the tentative map. <br /> 3 . The tentative map which has been approved or conditionally <br /> approved shall expire 24 months after the date of its approval <br /> or conditional approval. The review authority may grant an <br /> extension of the expiration date for a period or periods not <br /> to exceed a total of three years. Such a request for <br /> extension shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division prior to the expiration date. <br />
