S <br /> . 1 <br /> PROPOSED WORK PLAN <br /> PRELIMINARY ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> BLATT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE <br /> 1810 FIELD AVENUE <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> April 5, 1990 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Groundwater Technology, Inc. presents the following proposed work plan for <br /> environmental services at the Blatt Commercial Brokerage property located at 1810 Field <br /> Avenue in Stockton, California, as requested by Ms. Karen Freeman. <br /> The objective of the planned work is to install one groundwater monitoring well to <br /> investigate the presence of lead and copper in soil and groundwater beneath the site <br /> (Figure 1).
