1 payments shall continue until such time that final <br /> 2 compliance with the Remedial Action Order has been <br /> 3 achieved. Additional costs may arise due to <br /> 4 unanticipated events or developments at the Site. <br /> 5 4 . The Department will submit an accounting of all <br /> 6 costs incurred during a one year period within three <br /> 7 months following the end of that one year period. At <br /> 8 that time the Respondents will either be billed for any <br /> 9 additional cost or any overpayment will be applied to <br /> 10 Department's oversight cost for future remedial work at <br /> 11 the Site. Additionally, the Department will provide the <br /> 12 Respondents with quarterly summaries of the Department's <br /> 13 expenditures beginning six months from the effective date <br /> 14 of the Stipulation. The quarterly reports will be based <br /> 15 on the State fiscal year. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 5 .
