1 Within ten (10) calendar days of the effective date of this <br /> 2 Order, Respondents shall submit to the Department in writing the <br /> 3 name and address of a Project Coordinator whose responsibilities <br /> 4 will be to receive all notices, comments, approvals and other <br /> 5 communications from the Department to Respondents. <br /> 6 6. 2 PROJECT ENGINEER/GEOLOGIST <br /> 7 The work performed pursuant to this Order shall be under the <br /> 8 direction and supervision of a qualified professional engineer <br /> 9 or a registered geologist with expertise in hazardous waste site <br /> 10 cleanup. The name,address, and resume of the project engineer <br /> 11 or geologist chosen by Respondents shall be submitted to the <br /> 12 Department within ten (10) calendar days of the effective date <br /> 13 of this Order. <br /> 14 6. 3 MONTHLY SUMMARY REPORTS <br /> 15 Within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of this <br /> 16 Order and monthly thereafter, Respondents shall submit a Monthly <br /> 17 Summary Report of its activities under the provisions of this <br /> 18 Order. - The report shall describe: (a) specific actions taken <br /> 19 by or on behalf of Respondents during the previous calendar <br /> 20 month; (b) actions expected to be undertaken during the current <br /> 21 calendar month; and (c) all results of sample analyses, tests <br /> 22 and other data generated or received by Respondents. The <br /> 23 Monthly Summary Report shall be received by the Department by <br /> 24 the 15th day of each month. <br /> 25 6.4 INCORPORATION OF DOCUMENTS <br /> 26 All plans, schedules, reports, specifications, and other <br /> 27 documents required or submitted by Respondents pursuant <br /> COURT PAPER <br /> $TATt 01 CALIFORNIA -111 <br /> $TD. 1 13 IREV.
