rERCOLATION TLST
The percolation test was performed in accordance with the
percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual Septic
Tank Practice", published by the U.S. Department of Health,
Education and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin
Countâ–º Local Health District.
On June 4, 19)0, a percolation test was performed by me on the
above referenced property in conformance with the San Joaquin
Ordinance No. 549. The approximate location of the test hole is
shown on the accompanying Detail Map.
A percolation rate of 120 minutes per inch is the result of the
test.
A soil profile was not performed because the depth to water is
in excess of 1001 .
In as much as there is an existing septic system functioning
adequately, a deep percolation test was not performed.
It is recommended that a deep percolation test be done at the
time when the existing septic system does not perform satis-
f ac for ily.
J:INGINEh:R'S STATF:M6NT
The existing system may be used or a new septic system, when
required, may be installed to the density proposed without
impacting ground water or causing public health problems in
the future.
Dwain C.
