All need <br /> mechanical devices on the lid that requires a tool to open them. all well casings <br /> need watertight LOCKING caps. concrete pedestal pads around the well boxes are <br /> to be in good shape too. <br /> The Source Group can take it upon themselves to fit all the boxes needing it or I can <br /> generate a notice of inspection requiring the RP to handle it. <br /> let me know. <br /> 12/18/2008 <br />
