The delay was in the PDF submittals of the <br /> reports. The third quarter report was PDFed in December, but not submitted, and the <br /> fourth quarter report has not been PDF. The delay was a communication issue between <br /> Sacramento and Stockton. It is my responsibility as the project manager. We will submit <br /> the third quarter PDF today on Monday, and try and submit the PDF for the fourth quarter <br /> today. <br /> We have been focusing on getting the data submitted in a timely fashion.
