Monitoring wells MW-4, MW-7s, MW-7d, MW-9, MW-1 Id, MW-12 (2/21/02 r through '5/13/02, and 3/4/03 only), MW-13, and MW-14d, have been shown to have non- detectable concentrations. of the . previously listed analytes. Documentation of, the past groundwater monitoring results are attached as found in the quarterly groundwater monitoring reports in the attached table. At this time Kleinfelder on Del Monte's behalf and approval would like to formally inform EHD for the dispensing of the purge water collected from monitoring wells MW-4, MW-7s, MW-7d, MW-9, MW-I Id, MW-12 (2/21/02 through 5/13/02, and 3/4/03 only), MW-13, and MW-14d to the ground surface at the Disco Site, as was discussed over the telephone.
