Filbert Street, Stockton <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Geotracker Global ID#: T0607700499 <br /> 04/01/76 Del Monte purchased large site from ParmacEast LLC. Eight underground <br /> storage tanks_(UST's) spread out across many locations. Three 10,000 gallon <br /> located far south of plant at former gas station built by ParmaEast -1965. Del <br /> Monte claims to not have used/operated any of the USTs. The three USTs at the <br /> former Disco Gas Station originally designated USTs #6, #7, & #8 then re- <br /> designated to UST #1, #2, and #3 as this site split off from original parcel when <br /> Myrtle Street relocated. New address assigned to Disco Gas Station, 110 N. <br /> Filbert Street. Original Del Monte property and five other USTs stay with original <br /> address 2716 E. Miner and remain as another LOP site, receiving NFA in <br /> January 16, 1992. <br /> 10/24/85 Disco Gas UST's #1, #2, & #3 removed this date under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Department. Soil samples were collected beneath only <br /> one UST (northem-#3) since odor and discoloration noted. Analytical results in <br /> Exceltech Incorporated's Tank Excavation Report dated December 10, 1985 on <br /> file with the EHD Unit III confirms petroleum release. <br /> 10/13/89 Unauthorized Release Form, #89-U33 filed for site. <br /> 12/11/90 Date of Notice of Reimbursement (NOR) sent to Del Monte Corporations as site <br /> enters Local Oversight Program. <br /> 07/23/91 Monitoring wells MW-DIS-1 through MW-DIS-6 and MW-DIS-7S& MW-DIS-7D, <br /> to soil gas borings SG-1 through SG-16, and soil borings SB-DIS 1 to SB-DIS-7 <br /> 09/18/91 installed onsite. Soil and groundwater data from borings and monitoring well's <br /> first groundwater sampling event, September 4, 1991 included in CH2M Hill's <br /> Remedial Action/Feasibility Study-Volumes 1 &2 dated February 26, 1992. <br /> 01/21/92 UST piping (-100 feet) removed this date. EHD Unit III witnesses soil samples <br /> SP-1 through SP-5 from trenches and stockpiled soil samples ES-1 through ES- <br /> 3. Data in CH2M Hill's Underground Pipe Removal and Investigation Results <br /> dated March 16, 1992. <br /> 08/19/93 Date of CH2M Hill's Quarterly Groundwater Quality Monitoring Results and <br /> Conceptual Remediation Plan concluding soil vapor extraction (SVE) and insitu <br /> air sparging (IAS) as the remediation alternative at the site <br /> 11/18/93 Date of the EHD correspondence approving SVE and IAS as the interim remedial <br /> action. <br /> 11/28/94 SVE/IAS nested wells AS/SVE-1 and AS/SVE-2 and NP-1 and NP-2 wells <br /> to installed onsite. <br /> 01/19/95 <br /> 01/04/95 Date of NOR naming ParmacEast LLC, pre Del Monte landowner, as an <br /> additional responsible party. <br />
