Filbert St. APN: 157-020-10 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 Global ID#: T0607700499 <br /> In response to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Resolution #2009-0042 <br /> dated May 19, 2009, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has <br /> reviewed the ground water analytical data collected to date for the above subject site and has <br /> modified the quarterly sampling requirement as follows: <br /> 1. Semi-annually: Monitoring wells MW-DIS-16, through MW-DIS-18 each first and third <br /> quarter. Each well is to be sampled and analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as <br /> gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethyl-benzene, and xylene (BTEX), and 1,2- <br /> dichloroethane (DCA) starting the third quarter 2009. <br /> 2. Annually: All other wells. Each well is to be sampled during the first quarter starting the <br /> first quarter 2010, and all samples are to be analyzed for the same constituents as the <br /> semi-annual wells. <br /> The remediation status report is still required to be submitted to Geotracker on a quarterly basis <br /> and is to include an update on the investigative and remedial status of the site, activities <br /> conducted at the site during the reporting period, and dates when future activities at the site will <br /> occur. <br /> You m 7 <br /> contact Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454 if you have any questions. <br /> 4 Ze'.-I � k I a <br /> Michael J.
