No general rules can specify the extent of information that <br /> must be entered into a log book or standardized form. However,records will contain <br /> sufficient information so that the sampling activity can be reconstructed without relying on the <br /> collector's memory. <br /> 4.6 Laboratory Quality Assurance <br /> All samples collected during this project will be analyzed for the selected parameters in <br /> accordance with standard accepted methods.Data packages will be requested from the <br /> laboratory for providing quality control data for data validation. <br /> SECTION 5 <br /> Reporting and Schedule <br /> i <br /> 5.1 Reporting <br /> The results of the additional sampling and analyses performed for the Disco site will be <br /> presented in a report. The report will include cross section(s) and discussion of the nature and <br /> extent of petroleum hydrocarbon plume in groundwater, CPT logs, summary of results, <br /> laboratory analytical data sheets, and conclusions and recommendations. Any significant field <br /> decisions and modifications to this work plan will be documented in the report. <br /> f <br /> 5.2 Scheduling <br /> The work plan will be submitted to the PHS/EHD by October 8, 1999. Thirty days after non- <br /> conditional approval of the work plan,field work will begin.
