The Department Of Public Works Condition "l. f. " required <br /> dedication to result in a 40-foot right-of-way. The condition <br /> should have called for a 42-foot right-of-way. The corrected <br /> Condition is as follows: <br /> f. Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way <br /> from the centerline of Micke Grove Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage <br /> of APN 059-140-15. <br /> The corrected Conditions of Approval are attached. <br /> Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County <br /> Surveyor prior to July 25, 1993, the expiration date of the <br /> tentative map approval.
