A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #2 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
